نحن روّاد الأرصفة والأحلام الباهتة
بائعو الحصى والأناشيد
نقسم الموسيقى في خِرَق المنافي
ونجزّ الضفاف بمناجل الثكلان
ها نحن نلملم النواصي
وترهات النحيب
ونكنس الصوامع
في هيبة الصقيع وانبلاج المحاق
وكإغفاءةٍ
نهزّ أشولة القمح ومزامير القصب
ثم ننمنم الذكرى
في جرافيتي علي الخبز
أو ساعةٍ على القلب
We are the pioneers of sidewalks and pale dreams ,
vendors of gravels and chants,
dividing music in the rags of exiles , mowing the banks by the sycthes of breveament.
Here, we are collecting street corners , fables of weeping and sweeping the silos in the presence of the dignifed snow and the uprising of the wane
And as a nap , we shake the wheat sacks and psalms of the cane
Then, ornamenting the memory through a graffiti on the bread
or a clock on the heart .
